I have always enjoyed making a difference in other people's lives, and being a hairstylist has given me the best opportunity to accomplish this. Upon graduating from the University of Texas with a degree in business, I entered the banking and corporate finance industries. Several unfullfiling years later, I decided a change was in order, and I enrolled in cosmetology school. Fortunately for me, I then furthered my knowledge with a year long intensive training program at Ruiz Salon in downtown Austin. This training has provided me the foundation from which I have grown my business, and allowed me to hone my skills as a professional hairstylist. I have over 12 years experience in hair care, as well as experience in runway work, print, and weddings. I enjoy all aspects of hair styling. I believe in the complete package: color and cut. I know situations come up. I appreciate notification of cancellation as soon as possible. Repeated cancellations will be addressed with the individual client.
